One of the main things we’ll explore is intentional listening.

Instead of asking, “What do I feel like playing?”
We ask, “What state am I in and where do I want to go?”

Music therapists use a simple method called the Iso Principle:
You start with music that matches your current mood,
then gradually transition toward the state you want to reach.

No forcing.
No skipping steps.

We’ll also touch on:

  • press-play musical meditations

  • simple ways to express what you’re feeling through sound

  • and a basic music toolkit you can reuse anytime
